1. Buy wholesale, sell retail. Join doTERRA with a $35 entry fee. Every member is called an Independent Product Consultant. However, in the business, we identify those who only want to buy product for themselves and their friends as Wholesale Customers or WCs. Those who want to build a team, large or small, we recognize simply as IPCs.
2. IPCs and WCs can earn Loyalty Rewards. (See box below.)
3. IPCs and WCs can earn Fast Start bonuses.**

The Fast Start bonus is designed to provide you, as an enrolling sponsor, immediate earnings for enrolling new members with doTERRA regardless of whether you are a Wholesale Customer or Independent Consultant (IPC).
doTERRA rewards you by paying 20% of the new member's purchases made within their first 60 days! This bonus is paid weekly following the new member's application and subsequent orders within the first 60 days.
Additionally (this is one of those 'extra mile' perks!), when you begin to build an organization and one of your first level team members enrolls a new member, you get 10% of all that new member's purchases! (Second level, 5%)

Paid Monthly
dōTERRA's 'Power of 3™' (Structural Team) Bonuses generously rewards IPCs whose organizations qualify down to the third level of teams.
On the 1st level of your organization, you can earn a $50 bonus monthly in addition to Fast Start Bonuses and Unilelvel Commissions. To qualify, your 1st level must have an overall sales total of $600. Three members on your 1st level must have an LRP of $100.
The second Power of 3 bonus is a $250
The third Power of 3 bonus will be $1,500 every month as your team structure remains in place!

Paid Monthly and Quarterly
As your business and team grows, you are paid additional bonuses for to compensate you for your organizational leadership activities. dōTERRA provides generous unilevel bonuses of up to 7% down seven levels and beyond in your business organization. Additionally, shares in Leadership Pools are bonuses that are earned IPCs who qualify. Leadership Pools comprise 5% of total company commissionable sales volume. This amounts to very generous pay outs, sometimes thousands of dollars monthly! Furthermore, these bonuses are incentives to leaders in helping doTerra grow as a whole and not just "your group" or downline.
The Loyalty Rewards Program provides you with a number of advantages:
1) You and your customers acquire oils, supplements, and other products that can fill your home's natural medicine cabinet
2) Your monthly LRP order can be changed at any time and for the amount you want through the use of a website (called a 'back office') given you free from doTERRA.
3) The LRP awards you up to 30% in addition to the 25% wholesale price on products. These can be redeemed at any time for a nominal fee of $3 per $100 free product ordered.
